Each skein of yarn is dyed by hand and there may be variations even within the same dye batch. I suggest you alternate skeins to prevent any sudden colour changes. All yarns dyed in the same batch are sold in the same listing.
All the yarns are rinsed until the water runs clear after dyeing. There may still be some colour coming out in the first wash. Indigo dyed yarns may have some crocking even though all care has been taken to prevent this.
To keep your garments better for longer, only hand wash with cool water and ph neutral washing detergent. Lay flat to dry.
Although I use plants known for their colour and light fastness, plant dyed yarns will fade over time, this is their nature. I have tried to capture the colour of the yarn as accurately as possible in the shop images. Please bear in mind that screens may vary and colours perceived differently.

All purchases are posted 3-5 days from payment.
All parcels are sent 1st class in the UK and international orders via airmail. These will not be tracked or insured. Please note; I will not be able to refund parcels sent with standard post if they go missing.
If you wish to add tracking to your parcel, please contact me prior to purchase.
For international orders, the shopper is responsible for any tax or custom fees that may occur.
I am currently only shipping to Europe via the shop, if you wish to order yarn to other countries, please contact me to make arrangements.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send me a message and I will try to solve any issues you may have within 14 days of purchase.
If you wish to return your purchase, the item needs to be in the same condition as sold and the buyer will pay for all postage costs.
